Color compounds

Color Compounds enables to generate downloadable EPS graphic files of the KEGG compounds with specified colors on specified atoms. This program works on Safari 4.0.5 / Mac OS X 10.5.8. Click here to see the demo video. See the input examples and color table shown below.

How to use

Usage 1: Input KEGG compound IDs, and obtain the EPS files. Line breaks are ignored.

Usage 2: If atom IDs are specified, these are colored in gray. If you want to know atom IDs, check "Show atom IDs" and submit.

Usage 3: Colors can be specified by the color names defined below.

Usage 5: If you feel lazy to decide the colors, type "rand1", "rand2" etc, and then the colors are given randomly. If you do not like the coloring, try to reload.
